on the 02.nov.2012 I have purchased an app named fruit ninja for 3.9$
which i have confirmed it myself by my apple i.d and password
On the same day I have received a charge for 399.9 nis for purchasing
1,200,000 coins for agame called subway surfers which i haven't confirmed and wasn't done by me.
it might be that after we have purchased the first app the apple i.d and password stayed opened and available for use and my small kids aged 4.5 and 6 purchased the coins without knowing to read English.
its umportant to mention that i buy app's for them for few $ but if the password stays available doesn't mean they automaticaly purchase app for around 100$ by themselves.
i will appriciaate your anderstanding that the purchase was done by mistake by my small kids without knowing what they did and appreciate returning money back.
