Scratched Iphone

Hi there,

I recently bought an iPhone 5 (about 2 weeks ago). At first I did not take it out of the house as I didn't have a case for it; last monday, then, I bought a case (Gear4 IceBox) and have just [today] taken it out of the case to check the backing, and have found that the phone has a few white specks [which are dents and cannot be removed] on it.

I am 100% sure that I have not caused these dents.

What action should I take??
