Keynote transition options
Can I override automatic transitions to advance slides (e.g., if a speaker talks faster than expected)?

make these settings in the inspector
inspector > document > presentation: self-playing
the show will play back using any auto transition and builds, but will go to next or previous slide manually using the following keyboard commands;
next slide: spacebar N down arrow right arrow
previous slide: P up arrow left arrow
