Hi. Is there a debug menu in Safari 6?

That's for Safari 5. I want to know if there is a Debug menu for Safari 6.
I haven't been able to find any information, online, for a Safari 6 Debug menu, nor have I been able to display one using the Terminal command that you linked to.

Sorry. I could not find it either.
There's a "Develop" menu.
You activate it via Safari, Preferences, Advanced. There's a checkbox.

Were the Debug-menu functions merged with the Develop menu?

Is there a way to show the frame-rate meter via the Develop menu?

Nope. Try both Terminal commands. I forget which is which:
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeInternalDebugMenu 1
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1
