Hi all.

We're following the directions for getting an RSS feed for the Top Downloads feature box that are listed in the Site Manager documentation http://sitemanager.itunes.apple.com/help/#AboutYourProviderPage/chapter_5_sectio n_13.html

No matter which artist ID we put in  -- ours, or Stanford's, or Harvard's -- we get the same null results -- a page that says No Articles.''

Wellesley -

Harvard -

Stanford -

The documentation was updated 7/31/12.

The directions for the alternate method which uses the iTunes Store RSS Generator http://itunes.apple.com/rss/generator yield the same result - No Articles.

Has this RSS feed for top downloads ever worked for anybody?  Any idea what's we might be doing wrong, or what's wrong at Apple's end?
