iPad, OS X Server, ? on operating system-how do I find
Safari can display PDFs without any plugin.

Check your browser settings to see if you have a PDF plugin installed and enabled.
If you have a PDF viewing application, you can download the file and open it from your computer.

If you are trying to access Skydrive, you should download the app from the app store.

Sorry that is "Unable to display pletter not plotter.
That sounds like the website has a problem with the browser ID supplied by iPad Safari, "Safari (iPad)"
What site is this?
