Earpod replacement

Today the right hand side of my Earpods stopped functioning altogether; it started with a crackle and then... SILENCE. The mic and buttons still function but the right Earpod has ceased to work. Do we know if apple will replace them seeing as though I've only had them for less than 6 weeks? Thanks.
