Error "Photo for the iCoud account xxxx@yahoo.com cannot be accessed. Review your account information is System Preferences."
And I did review the account inforation but nothing seems need change.

I have exactly the same problem. iCloud downloaded 4 photos on my new MacBook Air and then goes that error in previous post.
I started getting tha same error today, Nov 9th, after updating Mt. Lion on a June 2012 MacBook Air. The error pop-up appears intermittantly though I changed no System Preferences either.
I don't use Photo Stream and have no pictures in it; so I'm unsure why this error began appearing.....
I have the same problem. Anyone figure out why?
It's probably a bug in the last update of mountain lion. Hope apple solves it soon!
Bump, I have this on both my iMac 2010 and MBA 2012 on Mountain Lion.
Some more bumpage. I've got this on my late 2011/early 2012 MBP running Mountain Lion.
This problem or bug has been around for atleast a year. Nice to see apple is really making work to fix this. 😢
It's a easy fix really. Go to your iCloud settings in sys prefs and sign out iCloud and then back in again. Should fix it.
Has something to do with the update getting you Apple ID password wrong.
and I don't loose any Data?
It seems that I schould try this. I don't beliebe that apple will fix this soon. there are to few Users with the problem I See here in the forum.
I think your data should be fine. Didn't lose any of mine.
I call apple service and they told me that this problem is a bug.
Solution is here:
Sign out from iCloud on your Mac (System Preferences -> iCloud -> Sign Out).
After that just sign in back with your iCloud account.
Now Photo Stream should now work.

Signing out and then signing back in to iCloud (in System Preferences) worked for me. No more error messages over the past 24-hours.

Yes, seems like it does work 😉
Sys.prefs doesn't show the message any more & I just uploaded a pic using iPhoto and the photo appears on my iPhone...
