Shared Photo Stream
Can I add photos to a shared photo stream from someon else other than myself?

No, at the present time only the originator of the shared photo stream can add or delete photos. If you would like to see this changed in a future update you can let Apple know here: http://www.apple.com/feedback/icloud.html.
