Can't sync my iPhone 5 to iTunes!!!

I'm having trouble syncing my iphone 5 to my itunes. iTunes keeps freezing or it says not connected to internet which I am or it says Kim's iphone cannot be synced because it cannot be written to. Any suggestions? I've restarted my computer several times and I've reinstalled iTunes.

- Maybe here:

'Disk cannot be read from or written to' when syncing iPod or 'Firmware update failure' error when updating or restoring iPod

- Reboot the computer

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Disable the computer's antivirus and firewall
