Q: I don't see the option to hide books anywhere on my iPad?

I don't see the option to hide books anywhere on my iPad?! I want to hide a book, I've tried iBooks, App Store, iTunes Store no where is the option described here. What am I missing?

iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1
