is there a work around for the Mac so I can use MS Office products
I want to go completely Apple with all my devices, but need to find out about MS Office compatibility.
MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Just went there. Sounds like very soon they will have what is needed software update wise to be More compatible. Thank You Bob.... Good Fishing !! // Bud
Office for Mac has been available for years. You can install it whenever you want. Apple's iWork software is faster, more robust, and better integrated with Mac-specific features like iCloud and sharing. If you need true-blue Office compatibility however, there is no substitute for Office 11.

What on earth are you talking about? Office for Mac has been around since 1998 and works fine.
