Where are you seeing this figure of 6.41GB? Is that the capacity (total storage on the iPod) or is it the amount of storage available for use?
Look in Settings/General/About>Capacity. That is the capacity of the iPod, what does it say? (It will be slightly lower than 64GB, that's normal).
However, if what you mean is that there is only 6.41GB remaining available for use, then check the bit beneath Capacity;
Settings/General/About>Available. What does that say?
No, my amount of gbs are 6.41gbs, and I've restarted it, and restored it on itunes, and nothing helped. When I look at the capacity the 6.41 is the only amount I can use. When I look under capacity it says I can only use 6.41 gbs, and I don't even have a lot of things on my ipod touch. I know my capacity is actually spose to be 58gbs or something, and it doesn't say that.
Oh dear!
I have already explained this, but you appear to want to ignore me in the hope that your own delusions will conquer mere indisputable facts.

The Capacity is the total amount of space for use by you. It will not change, no matter what you put onto your iPod. If you look at the Capacity on your iPod, and it states 6.41Gb, then, it's an 8Gb iPod.
Note the word capacity. Watch again - capacity. That is the total amount of space, or the size of the iPod. It will not change.
On the Settings/General/About screen, immmediately underneath the capacity figure, is the Available space. The available space on a brand new, unused iPod Touch may well be slightly less than the capacity, but once you put your things onto the iPod, that figure will go down. it shows how much room there is left that you can use.
So, as far as I can tell, you have an 8Gb iPod. If you wish to argue about it, post a screenshot of your iPod's About screen, as I have done. In mine, it shows the Capacity is 29.4Gb, because it's a 32GB iPod. The Available is 8.7GB, because I've used the rest of the space:
Now, if you still believe your iPod is supposed to be 64Gb, then first of all, ask your mother to confirm which one she bought for you. You could look on the receipt too, what does that say? If the receipt says 64GB, but the Capacity on the iPod says 8Gb, then you should go back to the place you got it from and take the matter up with them.
Googling shows the MC057C is an 8 GB iPod. those only have 6.4 GB available to the user since the iOS takes up the difference.

The weird thing is that is says on the back of my ipod that it can store up to 64g I dont know why, But thanks 🙂
Is the same SN engraved on the back the same as the one in About?
When you enter the SN from the About here what does it say:
The serial number is different here it is CC*******CP7
<Personal Information Edited by Host>
Your picture makes your iPod look rather thick, have you got a sleeve on it or something (which may have a faux serial number)?
Apple's warranty check doesn't recognise the serial number CC******CP7 , nor does it recognise it with a 0 instead of O (zero instead of Oh!). It does however, recognise the serial number shown in your "About" clip, and the model number MD057C suggests it is (as lllaass has said) an 8GB model.
Furthermore, Apple's warranty check says that your iPod still has warranty remaining on it.
So it does appear that you have an 8Gb iPod. So it only remains to explain why the back of your ipod shows something different. I've already asked if you have a sleeve on the iPod which has a "pretend iPod back" picture on it. If so, remove the sleeve and check what is on the actual back of your iPod.
Another possibility that springs to mind is that you have an Apple refurbished iPod and the wrong back was put on it when it was refurbished. I actually think this is unlikely, but then again, so was the sinking of the Titanic.
If you are running out of space, it may be possible for you to make better use of the space you have, such as automatically removing songs once they have been played and not putting them back onto the iPod for a few months, when other songs have been removed. Feel free to ask for help if that idea appeals to you.
