I have problems with my charger. Because of the frequent use the wire was bended and damaged near the charger block.

I want to know why the device which is mobile and easy to use has such fragile.

Due to my work I have to travell a lot. I use my favorite Mac Air almost 24 hours per day.

Unfortunately, after 10 months of usage the charger broke. The wire of the charger bended and damaged.

I'm wondering why the charger for this great mobile device - Mac Air is not stable enough to carry its usage.

I'm asking the Apple Support Team to help me and replace the charger.
