Since ios6 going through cell data at an alarming rate on Ipad2

Since the upgrade to IOS6 my Ipad 2 and ipod 4 are having major wifi connection problems. What is most alarming is that when I can connect they are going through cell data plan usage at an unbelieveable rate. To pull up a 300kb web page I am being charged 4 to 5 mb. I am wondering if ther are enough of us having this problem to take civil action against Apple? Should they be held accountable for our losses when they are responsible?? I would go back to IOS5 but apple does not allow it.

On my MacBook Pro there is no issue. So it is definately an IOS6 issue. What do you think?

I have been a mac user since 1987 and was an original ValueAddedReseller, what is happening now with bad quality control of software and hardware is a disgrace. I was going to buy an iphone 5 but now am afraid to do so with all of the serious hardware problems they are having.

Apple if you are reading this please respond! What are you going to do to make up for our losses?
