Q: Time Capsule disconnected from any mac while the LED is green!!

I can't connect to the TC through Wifi or AirUtility

while the LED is still GREEN!!

reboot the TC will solve the problem,

but after some minutes, same problem occurs

I've tried RESET, but still the same!!

what to do for this??
