Mountain Lion - Mail accounts go offline after sleep.

I have a MBA late 2010. Have recently installed Mountain Lion. After sleep, Mail shows all accounts offline and even clicking on take all accounts online does nothing. The only solution is to shut down Mail and re-open. Suggestions please? I never experienced this problem under Snow Leopard or Lion.
