Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Several times throughout the day both the LTE or 4G icon disappears from the top of my screen and I have no internet capability. If I do a hard reset it comes back on for a bit and then disappears again. Should I take it to AT&T or Apple?

Try resetting your network settings, Go to settings, general, reset, reset network settings. Then if not take it .
