Q: Siri does not appear in my Settings..General... How do I receive Siri?

I'd like to receive Siri on my iPhone but it does not appear in the menu..Settings...General. Can u help me receive Siri please?

If you want Siri on your iPhone, buy a new iPhone. It requires an iPhone 4S or 5.
