Q: my itunes on my laptop is completely frozen saying 'adding files' and 'processing 20121103.m4a' what can i do?

i've already tried turning everything off and then back on again but it just comes back up, it constantly says that my ipod is syncing too :/

iPod touch, iOS 3.0
