How do I change my e-mail to read "@icloud.com"

I currently have an e-mail that reads "...@me.com", and I saw an e-mail that offered me to switch to an "...@icloud.com" address (I use iCloud, used to use MobileMe, so I definitely qualify).

What did that e-mail want me to do?
