Help with cookies

I am not able to view certain websites due to cookies but I have searched the help pages and have the never in privacy (preferences)

Some sites will not open unless you allow cookies.

Set preferences to 'allow cookies only from sites I visit'. You can always delete them later.

Thanks but I dont have the option to allow only to block in the privacy setting?

Safari > Preferences > Privacy

For those certain sites, set the preference to Block cookies: Never

After visiting those sites, set the preference back to Block cookies to " From third parties and advertisers".
