I will ask "Siri, change my name to ______," and she will confirm. When i say yes or click yes to confirm she says "I am sorry I cannot do that."
I have checked all the "Duh" things but I do not know why she will not change my name.

Siri learns your name from Settings > General > Siri > My Info
That points to an entry in your contacts. Set your first name there to whatever you would like Siri to say.
I had to delete my contact info and re-enter it for Siri to change what I would like to be called.
IT doesn't let me change my name.
Siri does not change my name when i ask...
