itunes match will not work on Iphone 4S on cellular data

my itunes match will not work on Iphone 4S on cellular data. It works on wireless. My fiance will be sitting next to me and his Itunes match will work on cellular data. We are on the same plan. Not unlimited.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1
