import musik to itunes

Hi Team,

i do need support for my iPhone 4s IOS 6.0

i'm using a new notebook, iTunes already installed.

1. i want to import the musik from my iphone to iTunes, my mediathek named "klaus"

2. i want to synchronize my iPhone contacts with my goolge account AND iCloud

how does it work?
