keyboard delay after sleep&power-on

Does anyone know how to fix it?

The mouse and the keyboard seems to not respond for a few seconds after sleep and subsequent power-on.

It occours even at the boot but with a much less stressfull delay so i don't matter, but I use to put my baby to sleep a lot...

Any advice?
