I forgot my security answers what should I do to reset them?

I have an apple ID but i forgot the the security answers and when i tried to purchase apps through my macbookair it asked me to provide the answers cuz its the first time through the device , and when i contacted the support team they asked me to reset the password and that should solve the problem and i did but still i have the smae problem so what should i do?
