How to restore 2008 MacBook Air OS X 10.5 leopard to factory setting? Have DVDs. But no CD drive.

MacBook Air (11-inch Late 2010), Mac OS X (10.5)

Thanks, but there is no "Remote Install" in my Utilities folder when I follow: /Applications/Utilities/Remote Install Mac OS X. I am running 10.8 Mountain Lion on my MacBook Pro.
