I have a very serious problem. I've tried so many settings and configurations without success.
Very simple. I cannot choose the photo tray in any way and I cannot print on photo paper.
I get everything on A4 format.
The printer is working fine wih other software (e.g. HP studio).
I can't believe I'm the only one.
Please help!

The printer psecific options are on the last print window - that is where you select the paper source, etc to the extent that the supplied driver supports those options - if the options menu is not available click on the light grey triangle to the right of the printer name to open the window

I've tried all that and still it's not working.
The settings om printer specific options look fine but the printer still only prints in A4.
It's so strange since the HP Photostudio works very fine and prints on photo paper by selecting it or even by choosing "automatic tray selection" in printer options.
It really looks like an iphoto/HP issue for me.

I came across such issues using AirPrint from Mac OS.. probably an Airprint bug.
Go to Print & Scan and click the plus sign.
From the extended add a printer dialog select the Photosmart 7520.
Open the Use drop-down and select the HP Photosmart 7520 from teh list (Instead the default AirPrint option)
Additionally from the iPhoto print dialog click Print, the OS print dialog will appear.
Set the Paper Source as Photo Trayunder the Paper Type/Quality menu.
