Latest drivers for Intel HD Graphics 4000 (15.28.8.64.2875) Break TURBO BOOST!

Hi guys --

I've discovered that the latest drivers from Intel for the HD Graphics 4000 (15.28.8.64.2875) seem to break the fix that apple put into place for the turboboost not working under Bootcamp.

I have both an i5 and i7, and the problem only occurs on the i7. The multipler gets locked in at x21 and geekbench reports a score of 4777. Without the drivers installed, the cpu multipler ranges from x8-x30 with a geekbench score of 6500+.

These drivers show up in Windows update as an optional download. DO NOT DOWNLOAD them if you have an i7! They did increase my graphics score a bit but killed the CPU score.

I am so tired of dicking around with all this stuff. I wish I could run mac os x and not deal with this. But I must, for work, run windows.
