Dear Sirs,

From Nov 1st I use my new iPhone  5. Attached the purchasing invoice dated Oct 23rd, 2012.  (I live in Israel, I bought it in Switzerland)


This my third iPhone (I have the new Ipad too)


I face very significant problems with the iPhone  5; the phone is getting hot, the battery became weak after dew hours only.

For example, today, after FIVE hours of waiting time only, I received the sign "weak battery".


Could you please advise as urgent as possible what should I do ? what is the Email address of APPLE I should address this problem ?
