Q: How do you get Siri to spell contact names correctly when they are dictated to her in e-mails or texts?

My wife's name is "Patti" with an "i".  When I dictate an e-mail to her, Siri types it with a "y".  Is there a way I can get Siri to spell my wife's name correctly, without me having to talk my wife into changing her name?
