Q: My ipod was full battery and it shut off and won't turn on. What can I do?

My Ipod was working fine and I was playing it when it just randomly shut off. It had full battery. What can I do to fix it?

iPod touch, iOS 4.3.2, I think it was iOS 4.3.2, idk tho.

Try to reset it.  To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together at the same time long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

If no luck there after a few tries, connect the iPod Touch to an external power source and let it charge for a minimum of 30 minutes and then reset again if necessary.
