    Did you work through the troubleshooting steps in the article?

    Did you double-check that you were entering the correct code?

    How old is the DVD? Some come with time-limited codes only valid for say 6 months after the release. Searching online for the title and "Digitial copy" might reveal if this is a known issue with this movie.
