Where do you find how many gb you have...

Go to settings>general>about and you will see your capactiy for the iPad.

Thank you. Capacity says 28. Available 15. Does this mean it's a 32 gb

Yes its 32GB, you can also look at the back of the iPad. at the bottom. Under the word iPad it has the capacity.
