stuck in No service

hello anybody has a problem occurs after upgrading iphone 5 ios 6.0 to ios6.0.1. in my case after installing the IOS 6.0.1 i encountered several problems like the itune wont recognized my iphone. my iphone stuck in NO SERVICE.anyone can help me to fix this problem please. big thanks
