Android Phone & @me.com email

I have a new Android Razr. I followed all the instructions for using the p01, p02, and p07-imap.mail.me.com and tried xXX-imap.mail.icloud.com, but I get either "user name or password is incorrect" but it really is correct or I get "cannot connect to the server". What am I doing wrong?

I have reset my Apple ID password several times.
