Help downloading or finding itunes

I have windows 7 and when I download itunes it immediately says thank you for downloading itunes, download complete. But it apparently never downloads itunes.

What internet browser are you using? Is it Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari?
