Connection failed! I've no problems with other devices like keyboard and speakers!
If you're transferring files, there is a handy app called iFiles that will do it over Wi-Fi.
If you're transferring contact info, there is an app called Bump.

Sorry, that's not the problem I want to use my iPhone as a hotspot for my iPad to get in contact with the Internet. I had no problems until I got the iOS 6.0.1. Thanks for trying helping me!
Oh. Certain wireless providers sometimes disable Tethering on their network. If you want to set up a hotspot, try getting a 3G or 4G wifi hotspot from your network provider.
