Im getting Windows 7 for bootcamp for my rMBP. What Is the diff between 32 & 64 bit?

Your MacBook Pro has got a 64-bit processor, so use a 64-bit edition. It will use all the RAM supported on your computer and Windows will be faster than the 32-bit version

PS: Once you get the DVD iso it with disk utility and use the bootcamp assistant to create a bootable USB key, nice and headache free bootcamp

Feel free to return to the discussion forums if you have any issues trying to setup it all up.

don't forget to make a backup before you start and I also recommend you download the support files separately for further reference and also because it will be alot faster than downloading via the bootcamp assistant tool.

You do need to use Bootcamp Assistant if creating a Bootcamp partition for Windows.

You could install Windows in a virtual machine like Parallels, Fusion, or VirtualBox if you wanted to.

well that's what the Apple guy told me.

You will be using Boot Camp Assistant although you don't 'HAVE' too but your technical knowledge has to be alot higher to do so without.

Here is a screen shot of the bootcamp assistant, do you notice the second check box where it has an option to download the latest Windows support software from Apple. You can check the box or download the files seperately

The install windows option helps you resize your partition and create a addtional one for windows and will automaticcally set you machine to boot form the USB when you reboot, which will start the installation process etc etc.

So after you have created said usb, downloaded the support files manually, copied them onto your USB or put them somewhere you can remember. You can come back to this tool later and select install and it will help you thru those steps if you dont know how to do it yourself with disk utility
