iTunes64setup.exe does not start after downloading it from apple website.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1

Thank you for that suggestion, but that does not work either. I have the same problem. iTunes was working great. Just tried to install update yesterday. New update will not open iTunes at all. When I try to install the 32 bit version, it gives me an error stating I must install the 64 bit. Yet that version will not open. I've tried to unistall and reinstall a few times, all to no avail.
