Lost all my photos from iphone 5 during syncing with iTunes

I bought my new iphone 5 a month ago. I took photos and videos on it, created new contacts, notes etc. I decided to sync with the Itunes to transfer my music library on the phone and during the process I have lost all the new data-photos, notes, contact, sms etc. I dont an icloud back up.

Can anyone help me get all the new data back?
