Q: I'm wanting to purchase an iPad

Can you add an iPad cellular plan to your current AT&T cellular bill/ package without attaching a credit card?

iPad 2, iOS 6, Want to purchase current iPad.

You don't need to activate cellular plan if you purchase an iPad with Wi-Fi + celullar.
You can buy a sim anytime you want from a iPad supported carrier.
