Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears, ignore the Slide to Power Off that appears)

Note: You will not lose any data.

Have you tried holding the main screen key and the lock key at the same time??

Hi, this is for people who's iPads stayed blue when they were switched on and off, and the replies above didn't work. My iPad did exactly the same thing- the screen turned blue and just wouldn't work. I tried everything but then I remembered I had an antibacterial screen cleaner! All I did was clean the front and back of the IPad, and then it switched on normally, the same as before!

Thank you so much!  I was so sad about it, I was ready to toss out my iPad.
