i have a problem with my apple i phone 4g scince i had it .. it get shut down and doesnt want to work and it freezes at the apple logo and not go on, also it shows that the battery empty while it is fully charged this problem happens very often

i have a problem with my iphone 4 scince i purchased it ... ithis problem repeated many time ,, the i phone doesnt want to work and shut down and freez on the apple logo and keep showing that battery empty whil it is fully charged,,,,, i really dont know how to end this problem but it happened very often scince i purchased it and i used to try to restore it many many times and after many trials it succeed and work for a while without any problems .... but sudenly and without any previousa larm the problem happens again ..... pleas pleas advice me what can i do?
