If you want to change your iCloud ID to another existing ID you'll have to delete the account, create a new account with the other ID, and migrate your data to the new account.  To do this, first go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off.  When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPhone.  (If you are syncing iWork documents with iCloud, also open your iWork apps and turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep the documents on your phone.)  After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.  Next, set up a new iCloud account using your other ID, then turn syncing for your data (contacts, etc.) back to On.  When prompted, choose Merge.  This will upload the data to your new account.

My e-mail account associated with my appleID is closed by my old company. And i forgot to change before leaving the company. I also don't know my rescue e-mail address and some answers of the security questions. I bought my iphone 4 years ago and can't find the invoice. The phone wants the password of my old appleid whoose e-mail is expired .

I Bought a new iphone and set up a new apple id. No Problem.

I want to reset my account in my İphone4 to give the phone to my sister.

    What can I do ?

You can try contacting the Apple account security team: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.  If you can prove it's your ID they can help you reset the password.

btw: This is still a problem in 2015.

    How can that be?

The problem is not just access to the email.

Anything bought under that umbrella is dead-ended. You have to buy software again, to upgrade anything from the Appstore.

May be on the wrong post, but im tired of wasting hours of time on these freaking apple ID accounts. After an update, my wifes account beacame administrator without her knowing it. Try to go in and edit it, but even after logging in, Apple needs you to identify yourself AGAIN. It won't accept her password hints, and when emailed, they are going to her old work email address, which she never had set up on her account- ever. I want to get into my account because everytime someone face times my daughter it rings on my work I phone. Hate how things change on your accounts everytime you run an update. Bets solution mught be to get a Samsung.
