everything is in english except the login page??

Hi i bought this macbook pro second hand from a china girl, this set should be bought in singapore but i think she did some settings to it and the login page wont stop showing in chinese? sometimes when they prompt question it just came out in chinese while all my settings is in english... please help because it looks so ugly with all those chinese characters while i want it all in english pure english....
