How do I upgrade iTunes to from windows 7 to windows 8 without losing my music??

iTunes has not yet been certified for Windows 8. Some people are running it anyway.
However, before upgrading, you should back up everything, including your music. If anything goes wrong, at least you will still have your music and other files.
