I am attempting to use iTunes U with my elementary students. They all have (district-owned) iPads, but none of them have an apple ID. Is there a way to get a user (or simply a device) enrolled in a course without an apple ID?

How can I get them enrolled?

iPad 2, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
