osx panther on ibook g3
i have osx tiger on my ibook g3 and it is laggy and i have 256 of ram and 800 mb prossor will panther be better on here and does it support wirless

Depends on the G3's age. I would double the RAM on it to get 10.4 be happier. 10.3 can be much better, but you won't get indexed file searching, you'll only get searching by file name. Wireless is supported, but the G3's wireless has very poor security to begin with. Also try to keep at least 15% of your hard drive free.
